Test the limits of your strength constantly and you will discover where they are…immediately AFTER you have exceeded them.

Everyone I know who chased numbers in the weight room talks about what they used to be able to do…before they got hurt.
Use your weights as a tool, not a test. Life will test you plenty. Build yourself up, don’t tear yourself down.
To develop limit strength, triples are my first choice. The risk of going to far is less.
