Regarding the covid 19, time is always against us. Cases doubling every few days right now. So-let’s get to it.

Here is some feedback from Chinese Doctors treating people. These are the people on the front line of the war, so to speak. As this is a fast moving situation against a bioweapon, we are learning things on the fly. Consider the following as a guide, not absolute confirmed fact. Those will come, after we get past this.

The Chinese Doctors understand the virus better, after performing autopsies, and these are their recommendations. Please pass on.

Covid19 characterized by obstruction of respiratory pathways with thick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs. To be able to apply medicine, doctors have to unblock the airways so that the treatment can be applied. This can take a number of days.

Their recommendations for you to safeguard yourselves are:

1. Drink lots of hot liquid: Coffee, soups, tea, warm water. In addition, take a sip of warm water every 20 min., because this keeps your mouth moist and washes any vira in your mouth, into your stomach, where the gastric juices will neutralize it before it can get to the lungs.

2. Gargle with an antiseptic and warm water (like vinegar or salt or lemon) every day if possible.

3. The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes. Any detergent with soap will kill it – but you must take a bath or a shower, when you get back in from the street. Avoid sitting down anywhere but go directly and take a bath or shower. If you cannot wash your clothes daily, hang them in direct sunlight, which also neutralizes the virus.

4. Wash metallic surfaces very carefully, because the virus can survive on these surfaces up to 9 days. Take note and be vigilant around touching rails and door handles etc. Also clean these surfaces in your house regularly.

5. Don’t smoke.

6. Wash your hands every 20 minutes using any soap that foams. Do this for 20 sec.

7. Eat fruit and vegetables. Try to elevate your zinc levels not just your vitamin C levels.

8. Animal do not spread the virus to people.

9. Try to avoid getting the common flu, as it weakens your system. Try to avoid eating and drinking cold things.

10 If you feel any discomfort in your throat or a sore throat coming on, attack it immediately using the above methods. The virus enters the system this way and remains for 3-4 days in the throat, before it passes into the lungs.
